About Mark

Mark Walsh is a chef of passion, sourcing quality ingredients, believing that simplicity in food preparation maintains the overall freshness of a dish. Chef Mark's story started when he chose to follow his passion, left his job of 14 years and went to culinary school and started working in area restaurants. Fully immersing himself in classical French style cuisine at culinary school by day and learning the fast paced intensity of high production line work by night.

Mark looks to break down the barrier between chef and guest and interact communicating about the flavors and the importance of sourced product, limiting the time and travel from kitchen to consumer.
